Contact the lab to discuss your specific testing needs and how to best transport the material to our location.

Once we receive the sample, the sample is processed in our Laboratory Information Management System (LIMS) and assigned a proper Lab ID. The sample is photographed and stored until the lab staff performs testing. We will notify you if there are any questions including: 1. Parts of the Request Form were left blank, and additional information is needed. 2. The provided sample amount is insufficient to complete all the work that has been requested. 3. There were problems with the sample containers during shipment.

Depending on the requested work, your sample will be assigned to HAL staff in different areas of the lab for testing. We have dedicated instrumentation for each of the services that we offer. This helps to minimize the time that is needed to complete your analysis. When all results have been completed and checked, they are entered into the LIMS to compile the results and generate a laboratory report. The laboratory report, referred to as the Certificate of Analysis, is emailed to you immediately.
